I have bot had sex for 3 months and I had sex this weekend. Now I am having vaginal bleeding and cramping. The blood is light, like the last day of your period light. The cramping is mild, and comes and goes. I had my last woman wellness check up by my gyno in Aug. Everything is normal. So I don't know what it could be.

Could you please give your age? It might help in narrowing down what might be going on.
