Stubby gas water heater in crawl space
    Hi,

I have the same deal as Labman from a year ago, with a natural gas water heater in crawl space. I seem to have about 41-42" of clearance from the floor to the ceiling.

My water heater is broken though. I am trying to look for a replacement and can't seem to find any with my height. Do you know of any?

If not then do you think I should go with electrical or tankless? I know that I'd need to install a 220 line for the electrical and probably get a new sub-fuse box. I also know that there's a $300 tax credit on the tankless ones.

    These would be done professionally.

    Thanks!
    Jeremy

    Sorry Jerermy,
I couldn't find one for Labman and I can't find one for you. Why not PM him and ask what he ended up doing. Regards, Tom
