Is it a violation for School Nurses to provide injury reports to the School district Police department? If so can the section stated be provided or if no violation can that section be provided?

Not if the statute, ordinance, or school district policies require it. They should give all parents notice of this policy, however.

The school district has it's own police department? Impressive.
