In your opinion, what herbs or alternative medicine are good to take regularly when you have diverticulosis and what herbs or alternative medicine, in your opinion, are good when you feel an attack coming on like fever and pain.

I have had diverticulitis for over 20 years, three flare-ups , two hospital stays, I have been pain and flare-up free for the past 3 years by taking a good digestive enzyme with every meal. I take a product called Digest Gold. You can fine it on eBay. It only make sense that taking something that helps with digestion would help, Something a Doctor will never tell you..

PS if you have pain and fever, Go to the hospital asap, and stop eating solid food, eat clear liquids only.
