I have 2 children that are 1 year old in age that live with me. I have another child who is 3 and lives with her father. Her father signed form 8332 allowing me to claim her as a dependent. Do I qualify to file for HOH?

Forgot to mention in my question that I am single

You would qualify based on the 2 children living with you if they lived with you for more than half the year and you provide more than half the support for the household.

Also you must be unmarried or "considered unmarried" to file as HoH.

EDIT - just saw your post where you said you are single. So - never mind!
