I fleed a cop on an atv 5 years ago haven't committed a crime since its really messing up my search for a job to support my family but any information would be appreciated and if the felony happened in another state can I get it expunged in the state I'm in or do I have to return to the state I got charged in?

Each state has their own laws, so where this happened will make a difference, some areas may not even allow it to be explunged, others often require it to be 10 years before you can do anything.

But you will have to do it, in the state and in the court where it happened. So your best bet is to contact an attorney in that state.
