What day is my eviction and how long do I have after the petition is filed?

If the judge signed petition for warrant of restituion on 10-7-2011 how long do I have before they come to evict me?

ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. If the court signed off on the order, generally there is a date by which you must vacate in the order. I doubt if you would have more than 2 weeks, probably less. Depends on local factors.
