    I need a doctors opinion
In getting a sharp pain in my back lower rite side and it goes toward the center of my lower back. I've heard frm people it could be kidney problems but I don't drink, I cook and eat salt free about 95% of the time, I drink a lot of water so I don't know but I'm more worried because I have been spotting but only when I urinate but only sometimes. It doesn't hurt at all it actually kind of... Tickles? The spotting I've had on and off for 4 days so far and I've had this back pain all night but the pain is not that bad it almost feels like a bruise and a little stiffness at the same time and now I'm nauseous. Can anyone help me?

(This site is open to all responders and you may not get a doctor.)
'Lower back' isn't specific enough, and you don't give your age, gender (I assume female) and general health condition. Spotting - menstrual blood, or blood in urine? Is it unusual for you to have it? Is it mid-cycle (middleshmertz)?
It just isn't enough information and an exam is needed as well. A doctor might do a pelvic exam, press on your ovaries, etc. Do an ultrasound, to look for cysts, fibroids, kidney stones, or more. Do a urine test for UTI because of the tickle. And so on.
Pain is often 'referred' pain from it's site of origin.
