I am 19. Today I was taking a shower and noticed one red bump on the glans (penis head). Its flat. It's a red dot about 2 mm give or take. Someone gave me oral sex about a week ago but I didn't notice it until I finished masturbating which I normally do with no lube. Should I be very concerned?

Okay so its no infection first of don't be worried, its actually something called papillaris genitalis, its no sign of STD and its completely normal. Unfortunatlly removing them is hard and they don't go away by themselves. Take care.
