I'm 20 and never dyed my naturally light brown hair with blonde highlights. At least until a week ago. I went for a chocolatey brown color and it turned out jet black, which I hated. So I got color oops, followed the directions, and it worked great. Today though (the day after) my hair is starting to turn black again. I rinsed it the designated amount of time, followed the directions, so why is it doing this? Any suggestions for retaining the product's results? Or should I just go buy another box of oops? (I'd rather hear other remedies, I don't know if I can handle the color oops smell again)
