Replaced the fuel pump now engine is not getting fuel. Car starts with carburettor primed with gas. Any suggestions?

. Ensure the CEL comes on and goes off after 2 seconds, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II).

. Clean the main ECM ground, located on the thermostat housing.

. Test all under dash and under hood fuses with a test light or multimeter--be very thorough.
