I had sex 2 days after my period and he ejaculated inside me.
I had sex 2 days after my period and he ejaculated inside me. After a day, I noticed that I had thick discharges. Is that sperm coming out or is it a proof that I am ovulating? Can I become pregnant with that? I have irregular menstrual periods.

Timing unprotected sex to occur just after your period is least likely to result in conception.

You have shed the lining of the womb and you are not due to ovulate for at least 9-10 days after the first day of your last period, so theoretically you should be safe. But 'accidents' do sometimes take place, either because periods may be irregular or because of unforeseen hormonal fluctuations of which you are unaware. And, you have the former. So, there are chances you are in for being in the family way!

Still, if you want to know more about the link amidst safe sex and periods, read the following -

Day 1 and day 2 of your menstrual cycle (day 1 being your first day of bleeding), have a 0% fear/chance of causing pregnancy.

On day 3 the fear/chance of conception begins enhancing and peaks about day 13 (between day 12 and 16, depending on the length of your individual cycle.)

By day 19 the risk of pregnancy drops to about 3%, it continues dropping until your next menstrual period.

With all the methods of effective birth control available, the smartest way to prevent pregnancy is to use BC every time you have sex.

IDK about the above post about the day 1/2/3 and so on. I got pregnant when I had unprotected sex on the first day of my "bleeding". The chances of getting pregnant on that day may be LOW but there is still a chance. The way I see it, No matter what day, so long as your having unprotected sex there is ALWAYS a chance of getting pregnant. Just some days are more fertile then others.

Yeah, I agree with you when you say, "Just some days are more fertile then others", because, there is always a possibility and the probabilities usually given are after all - probabilities, not certainties!

I think most of the experts would agree.
