Wants to move out of state.
I want to move out of state w/ my soon to be husband. 2 years ago I was divorced and the father of my child was granted supervised visits. He's in contempt of court for 2 things and rarely comes to see our daughter and doesn't make child support payments. Anyway, I'm wondering what I need to do to get permission to move out of state because my fiancˇ is in the Air Force. Also, I really don't want to hire an attorney if at all possible to do this. Money is very tight right now.
    Thank you!

You go to the court that issued visitation order and file a petition for permission to move. You show that he has not exercised his visitation rights. I would say you stand a good chance of the court granting permission.
