The "answer" that I got about the heat coils stays red while ac is still running.could you tell me what the "sequenser"looks like or where it is located at on my furnace so I can check that out.thanks for that answer.

This is indicate the problems of the control panel.Ether short or max the circle.Or just you turn from heat to cool in too short time not even let the heat aliment to cool down.The control panel is not inside the unite is inside the house.
