If Im understanding correctly, pen off a dolls head. I found that Aqua Net Hair spray (white aerosol can) works on removing ink.

I would think it would depend on what the doll's head is made of - plastic, porcelain, whatever else.

Good suggestion, though! I never heard of it and will tuck it away for future use.
