I took my car out of parking space and was changing from reverse to drive, at this time my car was stand still and fully on road. Then a car came and hit me on the side. Otherparty insurance is saying its my fault but my argument is I am fully on road so guy back to me should have seen. Other point she was driving so fast, my air bags came. What should I do now.. My insurance agent is very bad she didn't even looked at pictures I sent... Help me here

Your agent most likely won't look at the photos of a accident, that is not their job, they sell policies and service the paper work.

Your agent should be sending it to the home office or assigning it to an adjuster, Have you asked your agent who the adjuster will be handling the claim?
