My PC is to slow and full of errors I would like to take it back to factory settings without a recovery disc please

How about using the recovery partition since that's what most manufacturers use these days to restore it back to how it was when new. Recovery disks are very rarely supplied these days now that drives are as large as they are and to save the small but cumulative expense of disks and printed manuals.

But back up your data first.

Since you didn't give any more information... thats all I can say given the limited information of your post.

Keep in mind if your drive is failing this will have limited value.
