My Thermostat has no temp or anything on display. I have no voltage coming out of control transformer in air handler. I do have voltage going in. I am thing the control transformer is bad.

You probably thinking right

Its possible you have a bad transformer. On a lot of the systems now they will have a low voltage automotive fuse on the control board that will blow before the transformer(protection). Either or you will need to find out why it blew. A open main limit switch will kill 24v going to the thermostat. As much info that you can give about your system will help..

Sorry, It is a Rheem unit and I do not see a fuse before or after the transformer. The number is 46-23115-02 on the transformer
