I weigh a 150 lbs. And have 4 days to clean out my system for a job that popped up with know notice... will I b OK?

Vicodin (hydrocodone/acetaminophen) can sometimes be detected in urine for 3-4 days, however, it must be specifically tested for. Standard 5-panel screens will seldom detect hydrocodone. Even many of the extended panel screens do not detect hydrocodone (or any of the semi-synthetics).

Since the test is conducted at a hospital, in the event it is a blood test, then the detection window is far shorter.

OK... well with my weight and usage about four 7.5 vicoden a day. Will I be able to pass the screening within 4 days
