I am getting on and off this pain that is all over my body almost like chills kind of like the way your body feels when you have the flu.
It feels almost like my bones are electrified. When I move it hurts more and if I touch certain parts of my body when it happens it feels like it is bruised but it's not. Feels almost like it is in my eyes too (if that makes any sense) I also have a constant pain that never goes away in my left leg it is a deep mild throbbing pain that doesn't seem too much affected by how I am positioned.
I am overweight, am diagnosised with hashimoto's disease, and had a baby 4 months ago. I also have developed a rare allergy to any cold temperature changes, in which I break out in rashes and hives if anything cold touches me or I
Or am in a cold environment. That's all I can think of to add. Have any ideas? It is driving me nuts and ibuprofen

You do need to be getting advice from a doctor. Only a doctor can advise you based on your symptoms and medical history. A local chemist may be able to give you some further advice in the interim, as chemsits are experts in medicines so they may be able to suggest something you can purchase over the counter to help.

You never explained why you can't see a doctor until later in the month...

I just want an idea of what people think maybe someone who had similar symptoms and was diagnosised with something? To give me an idea of what I am dealing with. Something possibly major or something simple... I will have new insurance starting on the 23rd so I can't go to the doctor until it starts. I wish someone knew something cause this really is starting to be every night now and it is actually making me extremely tired now too like to where I can't keep my eyes open when I am up and moving... I guess I will find out more next month, but I can't believe anyone doesn't have an experience or ideas of what it could be. NOt looking for a diagnosis...

I understand where you concern is coming from... but it doesn't change the fact that a doctor is the only person who can tell you if this is something 'major' or 'simple'. Essentially it would be wrong for anyone who is not a clinician of any kind to suggest what could be causing this. What if they told you it was something simple?. which meant you delayed seeing a doctor longer and something bigger was missed? Or alternatively what if someone says its something major?. causing you to have unnecessary worry until you can see the doctor. Both are in all honesty going to be unhelpful.

I suggest that you speak to a pharmacist/chemist in the meantime to see what they can suggest for you until you can visit the doctor

I have these but I don't know if it is related or not... I am starting to think it is coming from my joints and stemming out the more I get it (daily now) the more I feel it starting in my joints and radiating. I also have been getting extremely dizzy so much that I worry I will pass out if I don't sit and put my head down for a little bit.

sunbeamrunner - I appreciate your advice and input, I never really thought about talking to a pharmacist.. though I really don't just want medication to treat symptoms I want to know what I have and treat the problem hopefully try to without anything. I try to only take ibuprofen if I can't stand the pain anymore... I just want to say though that... what is this forum for if not for advice and information on medical conditions and diseases? So if every question gets a "go to the doctor" than everyone would just be going to the doctor and not coming here... I am obviously going to go to a doctor also but this is a side thing to help me with where I am at now.

I appreciate what you are saying about using an advice forum. But I am just concerned that you are trying to self diagnose which is a dangerous and unhelpful thing to do. I say this as I work within the national health service in the UK and we frequently get people asking us to diagnose their symptoms which is something that only a suitably qualified healthcare professional can do. Ultimately you are correct - this is an advice forum. If you choose to not take my advice and look to seek information from someone 'googling' your symptoms then that is your choice to do. I do not say this to be mean nor scathing, purely it comes from a place of concern that you get advice from an appropriate source.

I suppose it can be hard for me to grasp the concept of requiring insurance to the see a doctor as in the UK seeing a doctor is free, so people are more likely to be able to access advice from their doctor, rather than seeking answers from sources which may not be the most appropriate.

A pharamcist may be able to advise you more than you think. They are experts in medicines and may be able to suggest if they think this is something that warrants a visit to the doctor. I agree that taking medication to 'mask' your symptoms is not the answer and that it is important to understand why you are experienceing these symptoms... but you have said yourself that you are currently unable to access the best source of advice until your insurance comes through... so a pharmacist may be the only suitable alternative in the meantime.

Yes, this is a forum for medical advice and information, but we are very careful not to diagnose or push you (even gently) in the wrong direction. For instance two years ago, I was sure I had fibromyalgia, but it turned out I had severe anemia from two bleeding ulcers. The symptoms were similar, but it took a good doctor and several tests to determine what my problem really was.

I suggest you buy a metal spiral notebook and keep a health log for a couple of weeks. Each page will be a day in your life. Note date and time and symptoms and food eaten, meds/vitamins taken, plus any comments. That way you will have written evidence and a medical history to present to a doctor who will look at the entire picture, do the appropriate tests including a blood test, and finally be able to diagnose you.
