Do whirlpool dryers have a reset button?
I have an electric whirlpool dryer (model LEQ9508PW0, Ultimate Care II, Commercial quality, Super capacity plus, 9 cycles, w/5 temps) The light comes on in the drum, and I have replaced the thermal fuse. But the start button with not operate when I push it in. What can be the problem? I believe that Whirlpool never put a reset button on this model. Since the light in the drum always comes on when I open it, I do not believe it is the door switch.

Hi Barry and welcome, you need a meter to properly check the door switch. The light may be on even with the door shut, make sure the piece on the door is not broken and actually working the switch. Good luck
