I got a dui in orange county CA and I really want to move out of state for various reasons - Louisiana, South Carolina, Texas or Florida are the places I'm thinking of moving. I did a bit of jail time and I'm finishing up my time in a work program. I have 18 months of dui classes.. Is it possible to get the classes transferred? How do I find out and what do I need to do to get this going? Do I NEED a lawyer to transfer?
