    Can a landlord sell a property whilse I still live in the property.
    I have renting from a estate agent for 2 years,During this time the landlord has die and the property went to some in the family, They have now sold this property whiles I am still renting it.Now the new owner want me out. What could I do? Would this new owner give me back my deposit?

    Yes, they can sell the property, but depending on local laws (ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. ) they probably have to honor your lease. If you have an expired lease and are renting month to month then they still have to give you at least one month's notice. They are responsible for the return of your deposit.
