My husband has been a trouble maker most of his childhood... Now as an aduldt he got in trouble and is on probation for ten years. Just recently he failed his first ua in 5 years. He's caught up on probation fees and hasn't completed all his community service. His court date is on the 19th and I just want to prepare myself... Please help!

He violated (by testing dirty and not paying the fees) and could be sentenced to the sentence he WOULD have received instead of probation. He could also be warned, face additional charges, be given additional fines.

Only the Judge knows. It's impossible to guess the outcome.

The judge will decide his fate at his VOP hearing. It could be actual jail time and more probation, or just more probation and that he get out there and finish his community service in a more timely fashion. Brace yourself.
