My son is 19 can I get him emancipated so my child support will drop

Indiana and it doesn't mention anything about age! I just got my child support lower from 372 to 162 but she found out I got a new job as of 8/29/11 and has already filed to have it raised. Its all about money with her! We have been divorced since 2008 and since then I go to court once a month over money with her!

Your attorney needs to make a motion to the court to end the child support on this child since he's 18. In some states like Ohio the child support continues until a judge ends it regardless of how old the child is. A lot of people in Ohio don't know that and keep paying for years when they don't have to.
