I caught a kidnapping charge in North Carolina in 1998 .I broke in someone house and they shown up with a child 14yrs of age.I took her car.so I caught a armed robbery charge and I held them against their will so that's how I got the kidnapping charge.I did 8yrs and when I got out I had to regester as a sexoffender for kidnapping against a minor.

Without a good lawyer (and maybe not even then) you don't stand a chance.

I agree. What is your question? That you feel it's unfair that you now have a sex offender designation?

Many charges, urnination in public is and can cause you to be a listed sex offender. Your attorney could or perhaps should challenge it, unless of course case law has already ruled this is a sex offense
