You don't know what psychiatric help means? This means that you may have a mental illness and need a doctor to treat you. No, I can do nothing for you but advise you to stop any sexual activity with your sister and that you both seek the help of a professional.

Socially, emotionally, and biologically this is a terrible and disastrous idea. This will end poorly. Realizing this, stop it and seek help.
