Can I Sue My Bank of giving out my personal info to someone who wasn't on my account
A Few Weeks ago I was in a messy business partnership, I had went to the court to file charges and then in the process I retained ownership of the checcking account and had my buiness partners removed! Well I wrote a check for court fees and had a customer in my buiness wrote me a bad check with the court check and that check hit the same time bouncing the court check. When I found out abuot this I went the next day and took care of the check! So comes court date! We Went and the people I had filed the application for a waarrent attoney made a big deal about the bounced check and it was a few days after the check thing to court.. The court said that they couldn't give out any info on my case as to what they other patry had or hadn't done! So all leads back to the bank and the reason I believe it's the bank the bank vp is the son of my ex buiness partners and he looks at our accounts daily! So can I sue the bank for violation of my privacy!

Yes you can, but you will have to prove who gave out the info, what info was given up and who it was given to.

Right now, you "assume" that is what is happening. So you may have to go to someone higher up in the bank to try and get to the facts

Well see that just it! I have in writing from the court system that says no matter of any party can be disscussed! And the bank is the only one who knew of the check
