Having symptoms of pregnancy, but I'm on birth control and haven't missed any periods
"I've been dizzy, nauseated, and have had a loss of appetite lately as well as very fatigued. I haven't missed any periods however I am on birth control and I'm sexually active. Should I take a pregnancy test just in case?"

Yes, I suppose - or go have a checkup and blood panel.
The only 99.9% effective BC is the patch.
Even the pill and tubal ligation are lower.
Condoms and so on are very low!

It conflicts a bit with other sites like Planned Parenthood (which rate the pill and patch the same), but all statistics about birth control are not that easy to collect.
