There are no shortcuts... you HAVE to eat a healthy palanced diet. Exercise, and eliminate junk foods and sodas, anything that provides empty calories.
And you have to do it slowly and gradually. Too fast and your body metabolism slows down then rebound weight gain becomes very likely.
Eat, but eat a healthy diet. You might already be doing this-every body is different. Crunches do reg, turn right, turn left, and do bicycle kicks. These will help with your abs. Also, lying flat on the ground then bringing your legs up and down while keeping them together-do this slowly, will help. You can also do the same thing but hold your legs in the air as close to the ground as possible and hold it. Don't over do it, but before bed will help. Google probably has some good workouts too.
