I had jaw suregy since August 17,2011 and sometimes I have stuffy nose. I am wondering to know how to clear it. My nose doesn't have anything in it.

Do you mean it's just swollen, and there is no mucous like with a cold? That isn't surprising after only 6 - 7 weeks. Try moist heat, an inexpensive heating pad with a damp washcloth between it and your face. Only time will make it really disappear, however. When is your next doctor's visit?
