So I gave my company my two weeks notice... and I was told I will get my vacation time that I had built up... well I got my last pay check and my vacation time was not added to the pay check so I went to the company.. oh we don't handle that call corporate so I call they send me back to the company... they then call corporate and then I get told oh your HR didn't send you information in in time so they will make a check and send it to by Monday... well its been over a week and still no check no money... where do I go what do I do? So mad! This is why I gave my two weeks cause of this stupid run around and lies..

Contact HR again and tell them you did not get your check and see what they say to do. Tell HR you want your vacation pay now and to make sure the check is in the mail.

Today is Monday, if they would "send" it by Monday, they would have only sent it today, It is a surprise they did not just make it wait till the next pay period. So a special check is a effort. And until it has been a few weeks, there is little to do yet.

Also not wanting to be negative, but normally vacation pay built up is not paid, so you are luckly to have worked for a firm that will do that.

Sorry I miss typed... it was last Monday it was to be sent out... so two Fridays ago I was told that last Monday it would be sent out.. so now it's a week ago that I was to get the check sent... not this Monday.
