If the father lived in Florida with the mother and kids and there was an order put in place that she called in to stop because he was paying the bills then they split does the order when reinstated start back from when she stopped it or does it start back when she reinstates it? How do I go about modifying the order if I moved to Connecticut and they stayed in Florida?
