Can anyone give me suggestions as to what might cause my Pinnacle Studio 9 not recognize input of sound along with video when capturing from cam or VCR. It will play sound back from CDs, and previous clips; just won't capture sound anymore.::( Input connections I feel are proper. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Do you have all the current "patches"? I thought I did but in the Help screen my Key logs for the add on Dolby 2.0 and 5.1 sound was missing and I had to 'repurchase" for about $20
