I am completely confused about my sexuality at the moment. I am a 26 year old female, and have always been attracted to men, and frankly I still am. However, I recently met a woman to whom I am very attracted. I am not attracted to woman in general, it is just this one woman. THe feelings are scaring me and I don't know what to do. Any advice?

I can understand that it feels scary as the whole concept and possibility of you being gay is new to you.

But to be honest, there's nothing to be worried or ashamed about. You're still young, I think you can explore your sexuality to find out who you really are.

If you feel you trust this woman, why not chat to her about your feelings?
