I have a Goodman GMH95 furnace. Just went through Hurricaine Irene and my crawl space was flooded. I let the brand new system dry out for 3 weeks. It fired right up, however, I could hear water in the heat exchanger and the unit shutdown after 2 minutes. Anyone know how I can get the water out of the exchanger. I have a 2 family housse and both units are new and experiencing the same problem.

I hate to say it but the system will have to be broke all the way down. If the system was under water you will have debris in the heat exchanger and collector box that will have to be removed.
