I felt like being sick all night and I couldn't sleep?
During the night my heart was beating really fast at times, I felt like vomiting all night, and I had diarrhoea 5 times during the night, and I couldn't sleep I have depression and anxiety and wanted to know if this was a bad case of anxiety, or something worse? I'm also quite paranoid all the time and I tend to think someone is behind me or out to get me (from behind me).I don't hallucinate I'm just paranoid.

We can only guess, not being there, and not knowing your medical history. Yes, anxiety and depression (which often go together) can cause all of what you are experiencing.
I would suggest a recliner chair or staying partially sitting on a couch with lots of pillows behind you. Put on some soft music and read. Keep a light on. There is no need to toss and turn in a dark bedroom. It can work wonders to stay out of bed.
General paranoia is something you can get help for. Talk therapy and certain medications, or just the therapy alone. If you can afford or are covered for a thorough medical checkup, do that first or at the same time. Even something like hyperthyroidism can cause symptoms that sound more mental than physical but are really physical. I knew someone who actually DID hallucinate in the night, and have high anxiety, from hyperthyroid.
