After replacing the cartridge for my Delta tub/shower single handle faucet, I have extremely low water pressure. I flushed the system before installing the cartridge and the pressure was full and steady. It seems to be a problem with the anti-scald feature which is interfering with the water pressure. Help please.

Is the pressure weak at both the spout and shower head? You must not have flushed all the trash out of the system. Go back and do it again. Let me know if that works for you. Good luck, Tom

We flushed the lines a couple of times and without the cartridge, the water pressure was excellent in both spout and showerhead.
