    Foot feeling cold on inside?
    Q:Strange foot feeling
Asked by Erin on Oct. 1 2011
I have the exact same feeling in my foot.It feels so cold, but only on the inside. I keep socks and shoes / slippers on 24/7. I didn't think anything about it at first, but it's been like this for 3 days...Another symptom I have is my foot feels really heavy. Anybody have any ideas about what's going on with it ? It's a very weird and annoying feeling.
    Thanks

Age and present medical condition are important factors when determining why feet get cold. We are not allowed to diagnose here, Erin, but one very general reason is poor circulation to the extremities. Young or old can have that, some people have a chronic conditon of cold feet at night while reclining because you are not active reclining, the blood doesn't flow as quickly as while being active

How often do you visit your doctor, and when was the last time you had a physical? Are you one meds for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, are you a diabetic? All contributing factors to poor circulation.

See your doctor for a physical.
