Can someone help me ?
I had my period for a full 7 days , it went away for a day then came back again. I have now had it for a full 17 days. I've been to the doctors , he suggested I go on a higher dosage pill and skip the sugar pill but this hasn't worked. My flow is regular so I have a feeling this isn't working , any ideas on what is happening , I know that it is not pregnancy as I've been tested Negative and I haven't has sex in 5months. :(

If this is still happening then I think there is something wrong but I'm not sure... sorry

If you have not already seen an obgyn then you should see one... if you are on birth control then that can sometimes be a side effect but if not I know some people that are very irregular they get it sometimes others they don't sometimes it's a couple days sometimes its 2wks etc... but the best thing to do is talk to your obgyn

See ANOTHER doctor, such as a professional, who can give you a different answer.

Ditto: get a new doctor-you need a check of your cervix, a pap smear. You may require laser cauterisation-although this is unlikely.
