    Employer's Wrong Doings
    Hello

I have been victimized by an auto dealership. And now I have headaches reoccuring. Am going through workmans comp. and ssi now, but was told that some lawyer should take this case and get a better settlement out of it.

Since I can't work at this same job or comparable jobs because of brain inflammation and still have disabiliting headaches. One doctor wants to do a 2-3 thousand dollar tests for sleep apnea, but I'm not covered in anyway for this tests, and if's it true, is the paint fumes that caused this condition with me, the cause?

Also is it too late to pursue this 'matter' since it happened just over 2yrs. Ago and my work comp. doctor has labeled me as permanent and stationary.
Could they just fix this condition and let me live a normal life?

I talked to an employment lawyer and he wants to charge for consultation, just to find out if I have a case.

Probably have 5 yrs to sue.

Don't bother. The employer can out last you.

Find a type of self-employment that is not MLM
And do it at home; like brokering RE paper.

    Luck to u
