Noticing something about someone is different for every person, that's what makes us all unique. The first thing I noticed about my girlfriend, whom I've been with for almost 3 years now was her delicate hazle eyes. I know people that noticed their girlfriends smiles, the way they introduced themselves, the way they shook the hair out of their face when they first met. What you notice first is for you to decide, but you'll just know what it is, because it's something hard to forget.
