I have this light white circle around my eyes that slowly appeared from one day to another. I went to my doctor and got checked for any diseases and none were found. I am still worried that I may have something in my body that's making my eyes look this way. I also believed it was when I was bitten by bed bugs. My eyes also have this yellowish color to them.

See your medical doctor as yellow colored whites of your eyes is the sign of a disease.

Have you used anything different recently... new makeup,shower gel,deodorant,shampoo,perfume,could be almost anything,even the washing gel and softener your clothes are washed in.

Could you have some other sort of allegy that is affecting your eyes;hayfever,airfreshener,cut flowers in the home etc... etc Do you have any sinus problems

I would pay another visit to your Doctors and let him take another look.You say there is no disease, so it must be something else, as you still have all the symptoms,your Doctor can investigate further.
