I have had this painting for 10 years, and know nothing about it. I cannot identify the artist name, because it is unreadable, and signed in paint.

Quite frankly, this looks like an arial veiw of Los Vegas at night. What makes you think it is an oil painting? And sorry, I could not possibly give an artists name, or a photographers name.

In regard to the answer to this question. This painting is done on black canvas, the mountains on this painting is raised with thick paint to bring them out clearly. You have to see it with your own eyes to appreciate it.
