Please explain your issue better for me.

Is your TV intermittently shutting down after displaying a blue screen?

Does this problem happen after it's been warmed up?

Can you turn it back on right away?

Is there a standby light? Does it flash after/when it shuts down?

After I have the TV on and trying to get a picture and trying various things on the TV it will shut off automatically. I can turn it back on immediately but the Blue screen is still there. The sound is on and the surround sound sounds great. I can change channels with the remote control through the cable box ( I have Verizon fios) for cable. Threre is no stanby light flashing once the TV shuts off. I appreciate your assistance as it is frustrating to me as the picture has been great and with NO apparent signs of any problems.

Are you able to pull up the TV menu when you have the blue screen?
