My computer has no audio all of a sudden
My computer gets no audio all of a sudden, and it happens all the time. However, sometimes when that happens, I press ctrl+alt+del then the audio will come back immediately. Sometimes it won't work, so I have to restart the computer to get the audio back. I tried to keep track of what causes that happen, but it seems to me it's all random. Is there any way to fix it? It gets quite annoying sometimes. [i'm uing vista on a acer computer]

Try reinstalling the audio drivers and related software. Then let us know how it does after that.

    Thanks califdadof3 :)
Do I need the vista disc to reinstall the audio driver? The computer came with the vista already pre-installed when we bought it, so we don't have a disc. How do you reinstall the drivers without using a disc? Sorry a bit computer illiterate :P Thanks for the help!

You can go to the manufacturers website and download them. Sometimes they come in a package (all together for download) and sometimes they are separate.

    Its not hard to do.
