I am feeling very low and lonely. I am recently married, my husband has just had back surgery he is in pain and I now have to do everything around the house and for him plus work over 40 hours. I am stressed and we seem to argue all the time. I am sad. I don't know what to do. I think he is depressed because he feels as though he is never going to recover. I have to deal with his depression and my stress. He doesn't want to talk to me and pushes me away. I don't know how to get through this.

Have anyone around you that you could have coffee with, what about a family member?
