Was my baby a stillborn due to negligence?
I had a stillborn my son luis alex.. I feel it in my gut that he couldve survived and its been killing me since then. I'm going to get straight to the point the hospital found a mass on my baby's liver in February 2011 . My doctor didn't decide to tell until may 2011 when the mass was already grown to 8cm. Instead of giving me an emergency csection. She wanted to wait. One day I was in so much pain and felt uncomfortable and a couple days before I had seen my obgyn and told her my baby was only kicking 4 times a day the most. She gave me a kick chart . May I was 8 months I knew from my first born it wasn't normal . Still in pain and unable to walk because my pelvic area was hurting me so bad I called my doctor told her the baby wasn't kicking I was in a lot of pain and couldn't walk . My doctor told me to walk around and drink water. A day later my mom saw me said I was pale and took me to a different hospital than my usual . They pronounced my son dead. The ob/gyn (not my regular dr) called for an autopsy on the baby's death. Seems like they just examined the placenta and umbilical cord. I called a medical negligence lawyer and he said that if the autopsy shows that a csection couldve been done and there was nothing wrong with theplacenta or umbilical cord. (meaning it wasn't gonnaget in the wayof a csection then I have a case) these were the results I have no clue what it means and can't get in contact with the dr who called for the autopsy. The final pathological diagnosis: designated placenta with cord
-suggestive of meconium laden histiocytes, membrane
-circulating nucleated red blood cells in fetal vessals
    -intervillous hematome, small

Can anyone explain to me what this means. Would have this stopped a csection? Or would have I been able to have a csection
