My boy friend keeps on telling me to phone him , so I did I phoned him once it was OK but when he told me to phone him the second time he's big brother was ****ing him about < that is what he said>
And I heard him saying At the background "your calling her again ****ing slag(To me or him) And I don't want to get in he's way!" I just got another message saying that Call Me again Because As I said my brother was ****ing About! And he told me mine and he's relation is private but I'm confused is it me over reacting or are Asian brothers like that?.

All I can gather from your post is that your boyfriend's brother likes causing him problems when he is on the phone with you. That tends to be very normal regardless of culture or ethnicity. Siblings also tend to get into each other's private business. It is something they have to work out. You should not be involved in their relationship so don't allow yourself to be put in the middle. If that is what you feel is happening, talk to your boyfriend and tell him you won't be calling him as long as they are going to use the phone call as a way to start disagreements with each other.

What I don't understand is how you reacted and why you think you might have over-reacted. Did you say something to him that cause him to say your relationship is private? Is there more to the story?

Perhaps it would be best if he called you when he knows his brother won't be around to cause problems? Asking you to call him when there is chance of his brother causing problems is not a good idea.
