How can I stop being constantly angry at my once philandering husband?
Ever since my husband was found in bed with someone 4 years ago I have had such anger that I find myself not getting close to anyone and get snappy too quickly. I forgave him, but I have not forgotten like he seems to have.

He is a work-a-holic, and never ever spends time with me or our kids.

    Please help

My opinion is that you never really forgave him. You will never forget, but I think you need to start working on the forgiving part. I think you have been living with this anger, betrayal and feelings of inadequacy for four years. I cannot imagine how that must feel, and I am truly sorry you are going through this.

Did you ever seek counseling for yourself, and then demand he go to couples counseling, and perhaps his own one on one session? You need to get this stuff out, and not be afraid of the consequences. Your feelings are valid, and you are a worthy person who deserves nothing but a respectful, honorable partner in life.

Seek help for yourself. Please. Life is too short to put up with this pain.
